Terms & Conditions 1. By entering the promotion each entrant will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them. 2. The Promoter is: Pure Salt NZ, Te Anau 9679. 3. The promotion finishes on the advertised date. 4. The prize is a spot for one individual to join a specific adventure as advertised with Pure Salt. 5. This prize includes (if required) transport from Te Anau to the hangar for your helicopter flight to the vessel, all accommodation, activities and food onboard. Any additional travel, accommodation or add-ons outside of the experience will be at the winner’s expense. Please allow two days either side for weather and travel. 6. This experience is not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The prize cannot be transferred, and the dates are non-negotiable. 7. If the experience is cancelled and cannot go ahead due to restrictions outside of the Promoter's control (e.g. Covid Restrictions) then each winner will be notified. No cash refunds will be given. 8. Once entries have been verified for the lucky dip draw, the winner will be randomly drawn by the Promoter after the Promotion Period ends. This random draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. 9. Winners will be contacted via contact details provided at entry and announced via the Pure Salt NZ social media pages and website once the winners have been verified and contacted. If the prize winners cannot be contacted within five days, at Pure Salt’s option those winners will forfeit the prize with no right of compensation and the prize will be redrawn. 10. By entering this competition you agree to give the Promoter the rights to use the entered content across all marketing purposes, which includes but is not limited to the Promoter’s social media, websites, catalogues, advertising, packaging and digital platforms. If you do not consent to your photos/videos being used in marketing materials by the Promotor please advise Pure Salt NZ in writing to info@puresalt.co.nz. 11. By claiming the Prize the Winners agree for their name/city and photos/videos to be used on the Promoter’s social media, websites, catalogues, advertising, packaging and digital platforms and to be available for photo opportunities. The Winner agrees to media releases regarding their win which includes but is not limited to, photographs on the Promoter’s website, Facebook and Instagram Page, email newsletter and press releases. 12. Subject to any applicable law which cannot be excluded, Pure Salt NZ and their employees are not responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prizes. 13. In the event of a dispute or need for clarification, the Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 14. All entries become the property of the Promoter. By entering the competition entrants understand and agree that the Promoter may contact them by email after the Promotional Period to advise the winners of the Promotion. The Promoter will only continue to contact entrants if they have agreed to receive the Promoter’s email newsletter. Subject to any applicable privacy laws. 15. The Promoter reserves the right to modify these rules, extend, suspend or discontinue this competition at any time.
