Our canvas is five nights onboard Flightless in the midst of Fiordland. No reception. Just the rhythm of sun and tides. And of course honest adventures with beautiful humans.
That's the discovery and magic of the place we know and you'll understand if you've been onboard with us. However on this unique adventure you'll explore more.. you'll be invited to reflect honestly, speak courageously, and listen deeply to nature, to others, and to yourself.
Renown performance coach David Galbraith will be our guardian as you'll explore where you've come from, who you are now... and who you're becoming.
All of us onboard will be weaving our adventure together one thread at a time. Learning and growing with eachother.
You'll walk away with more than just memories. You'll gain language for your values, clarity around your patterns, tools to navigate discomfort, and practices to carry into everyday life.

Hi, I'm Maria, you might not have met me yet - Sean and I have the privilege to call Fiordland home while building a pretty special business called Pure Salt NZ. It allows us to live our values and follow what feels right. Which is the birthplace of this self discovery adventure. (Pardon the novel.. I'm bubbling on the inside.. smile)
For Sean and myself this adventure has been quietly forming for over two years... part instinct, part longing, and part trust in something bigger taking shape.
It started with a pull we couldn't quite explain... something about Fiordland, something about people, and something about the need for deeper connection: with place, with self, and with each other.
Along the way, there were books, podcasts, late-night conversations (you know who you are), chance encounters, and beautiful humans—all contributing small, quiet pieces to a puzzle we didn't know we were building.
The final nudge came when crossing paths with David Galbraith. His wonderful human glow, his practical frame work and tools as well as his openess to randomness helped push the intention we'd been carrying further. With his guidance, and the support of some extraordinary people, this self-discovery adventure is unfolding.
We're not claiming to have all the answers. On the contrary if anything, we're leaning into the same discomfort we're inviting you into. We're building the plane as we're flying it. But we're doing it with integrity and open hearts, guided by values of altruism, curiosity, and courage.
Fiordland has the power to change people and we can't wait to see what happens if we turn up with the intention to amplify that magic.

I’d like to share a few words with you.
Even though I don’t know who you are and I might never get to meet you, there are two things I hope for you.
First, when you gaze into your lover’s eyes, or the eyes of your children, your friends or family, I hope you feel deep connection and peace. In short, you feel ‘home’.
Second, when you gaze into your own eyes while standing in front of the mirror, you feel pride and joy (go on, try it today for a couple of minutes).
When you can experience these two things deeply… you have truly arrived at the meaning of life.It is a place words will never adequately portray. It resides in the unconscious dimension, and one all can access.
Sadly though, it is only a very small minority who ever do. I wish with all my heart it is you….
